Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your gear from Mindless Customs, but if something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns:

• Eligibility: Items must be returned in original packaging, unworn, with tags attached.

• Notification: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a return.

• Return Window: Items must be returned within 21 days of receiving your order.

• Refund or Exchange: We offer refunds or exchanges. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we’ve made an error (e.g. sent the wrong item).

• Wrong Size / Change of Mind: Unfortunately, we cannot cover return shipping for sizing issues or change of mind.

• Custom Orders: Custom or personalised items are non-refundable, unless the error is on our end. If that happens, we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
